Problem

Enterprise buyers needed a clearer way to understand contract risk before entering the workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Aligned stakeholder input with contract-risk messaging and enterprise buyer needs.
  • Structured the site and workflow around a clear problem, solution, proof, and action sequence.
  • Designed responsive marketing pages and the AI-assisted workflow screens.
  • Connected the marketing site to the deal-processing experience so buyers could move forward without losing context.

Challenge

The product had to explain a complex contract-risk offering clearly while also supporting a separate workflow for batch processing, deal review, and model selection.

Approach

I organized the story around a buyer journey: surface the problem, explain the solution, reinforce credibility through resources, and then hand users into the workflow tool when they were ready to act.
