Challenge
The product had to explain a complex contract-risk offering clearly while also supporting a separate workflow for batch processing, deal review, and model selection.
Approach
I organized the story around a buyer journey: surface the problem, explain the solution, reinforce credibility through resources, and then hand users into the workflow tool when they were ready to act.
